SKIN-LOVING BLACKCURRANT PUDDING

Kick start your morning with this delicious immunity black current pudding by the incredible @nourishandflourishsyd.

Not only does this pudding taste amazing, but it does wonders for your skin and immunity too. Rich in vitamin C and phytochemicals this dish will hydrate your skin from the inside out, for an all day glow from within.

 

Ingredients:

3 tbsp chia seeds

optional 1 scoop protein powder

1/4 cup Daily Good Blackcurrant Immunity Shots

1/4 cup milk

Topped with yoghurt, granola and berries (I used freeze-dried blackcurrants) & rose petals (to garnish)

 

Method:

Mix together pudding ingredients in a bowl, cover and leave in the fridge for an hour or until chia seeds are absorbed and thickened up. Top with topping of choice and enjoy cold!
